A little about me

Mike Edwards, PT. Doctor of physical therapy. Strength and conditioning coach. Martial artist. Ste

Mike Edwards, DPT, Dry Needling and MSK Ultrasound Certified, Stecco Fascial Manipulation Level 1

Most people don't come to The Fascia Lab because they haven't tried physical therapy.

They come because they've already tried physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, injections, or other treatments.  People arrive still searching for answers.

That's where I come in.

I'm Dr. Mike Edwards, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with more than 20 years of clinical experience helping people overcome pain, recover from injury, and improve performance. Over the course of my career, I became increasingly fascinated by one question:

Why do some patients continue to hurt even when every scan, exercise program, and traditional treatment says they shouldn't?

That question led me to the study of fascia: the body's connective tissue network that links muscles, joints, nerves, and movement into one integrated system.

Today, I focus my practice almost exclusively on the assessment and treatment of the fascial system using the Fascial Manipulation® method developed by Luigi Stecco and Carla Stecco. This internationally recognized approach has transformed the way I evaluate complex pain, movement dysfunction, athletic performance, and persistent injuries.

The Fascia Lab was founded with a simple mission:

Building Las Vegas' leading fascia-focused physical therapy practice.

Every evaluation is one-on-one, unrushed, and built around understanding why your symptoms developed, not simply where they hurt. By combining advanced fascial assessment with movement analysis, sports medicine, manual therapy, and the latest scientific research, I help patients uncover the underlying drivers of pain and dysfunction.

My patients range from professional and recreational athletes, martial artists, and fitness enthusiasts to active adults who simply want to move without pain. Whether you're trying to return to competition, stay active with your family, or solve a problem that's lingered for years, my goal is the same:

Restore efficient movement. Improve resilience. Help your body perform the way it was designed to.

Beyond treating patients, I'm committed to advancing fascia education throughout the United States. I actively study emerging research, collaborate with the international fascia community, teach healthcare professionals, and work to bring greater awareness of fascial science to physical therapy and sports medicine.

The Fascia Lab isn't just another physical therapy clinic.

It's a place for people looking for answers when conventional approaches haven't been enough.
